Cancellation policy (in case of CANCELLATION ONLY)

A. Cancellations MUST be made IN WRITING (via e-mail, fax: +39 - (0)577-280782 or registered mail).
B. Cancelled reservations will be charged as follows:
     B.1) a penalty of 30% of the total price will be charged in any case.
     B.2) within 7 days of date of service, 100% of the total price will be charged.
C) During the Palio celebrations (June 27-July 4 and August 11-August 18)
Cancelled reservations will be charged as follows:
     C.1) a penalty of 50% of the total price will be charged in any case.
     C.2) within 15 days of date of service, 100% of the total price will be charged.
